Pay full attention

We need to pay full attention to our movements, our sensations, our actions, our emotions and our thoughts.


Just take for a moment to watch this photo to see one bee
~~~ see one little bug
~~~ see sunflower.

This is a way of achieving mindfulness by giving our full attention to each being.

In the same way, think of your body
~~~start from feet~~~ knee~~~ hip~~~hand~~~head.

Become aware of each part on our body and appreciate!

We just need to become aware of its existence!
